Added a Submit Content section where users can submit their own content. The content can be either Historical, Cultural, Destination Guide or Presentation guide about any country or place on Earth that you wish.

Also added a Technical Articles section, where users can read technical articles related to various aspects of technology (web design, web master, system administration etc.).

Users can also submit content to the Technical Articles section
